Air Source
Air Source Heat Pumps work like a fridge in reverse extracting waste heat in the air which is then used to heat water. They use the difference between outdoor air temperatures and indoor air temperatures heat your home. They are suitable for domestic or commercial uses and are highly recommended for swimming pools.When properly installed, an air-source heat pump can deliver one-and-a-half to three times more heat energy to a home than the electrical energy it consumes, this equates to an effective energy of 250-400%. This is possible because a heat pump moves heat rather than converting it from a fuel, like in combustion heating systems.
